“This is a top notch company. I bought a 16 channel dvr (to replace another dvr) from binyod.com for my home from the tx location. The ordering process was easy and when there was a problem with my bank account they sent me an email and told me to call them. When I called they explained my card did not go through. The error was on my part and they kept my information on the computer until I could transfer money into my account. While I was on the telephone with them, they tried again and the order went through. The next day the dvr arrived in the mail and I set it up. I could not get the phone app to work so I sent them an email to the Dallas support, the Houston support and to the Los Angeles support just hoping one of them would answer. The Dallas support email did not work but when I got home from work I had received answers from both Houston and Los Angeles locations and was able to get my app to work. I would definitely recommend this company to everyone. This has been the best experience I've had with any company and with customer support.”
